For years I watched brilliant African designers, stylists and creatives do world-class work with too little attention. I launched FashionVerse Africa in May 2023 to change a small part of that.
The idea is simple: give African creatives in fashion and entertainment a platform that takes their work seriously, tells their stories with care and connects them with the audiences they deserve.
We do not need permission to tell our own stories well.
Culture moves when people see themselves reflected. That is what I want FashionVerse to keep doing.
